Unrevealed Rules

Sometimes I feel like a player of a game

The game well-known, the aim unknown

Once a player is thrown in the field

He gets chained to the rules unrevealed
Some rules are clear, no way to contend

There is a beginning and surely is an end

And the unseen dealer rarely shows

When and how the game will close

The rule is simple, but made very well

Enough to make us get in a puzzle

We always wonder, always struggle

Some get too careful, and others gamble

There is another rule that is unrevealed

The goal of the game is kept concealed

Consider card game, money is the prize

Its value is left in the winner's hands

But in this game, nobody is sure

What will be left, what will endure

Players need money, but its value is virtual

Money cannot be this game's goal

Players often compete with enemies

Some physically, others cleverly

For a victory, success, status or a lover

I wonder which of them can be carried over

One more rule that is hidden

After the game, what will happen?

Some says the void, some expects heaven

The other says another game shall be given

I, myself, am a player who stray

Busy with work from day to day

Find a path, then lose my way

Get a precious stone, then remains clay

Grab some keys, then having none

Give others fun, then hurt someone

Still will not to make a stopover

Wish to get things to carry over
